Job Description
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of related experience in Retail Customer service, banking, or Contact Center experience preferred
- Successful completion of standard Contact Center training
- Ability to meet goals and standards established by the department
- Knowledge of all Company products and services
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
- Experience handling confidential information preferred
- Must adhere to a set schedule including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (Spanish) contact center representatives must effectively support customers in both languages
