Job Description
• Overseeing service delivery operations within a designated region
• Analyzing the performance of the Region using statistical tools
• Managing Staff Service Recruitment and Service Locater Associate
• Responsible for budgets, productivity goals, and process improvement goals
• Providing periodic reports, presentations, and updates on productivity and cost reduction initiatives
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in vendor management and on-site service delivery
- Prior experience with third party service providers for in-home repair services
- Very strong communication skills
- Prior fiduciary and/or P&L responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience in MS Excel and MS Access
- Experience in managing workgroups
- Experience in process improvement and project management
