Job Description

• Lead a dynamic team supporting strategic initiatives within Executive Lines and across the C&F organization. • Oversee systems implementations and optimizing project delivery in an Agile environment. • Define and manage product backlogs while collaborating with underwriters, leadership and multiple development teams. • Enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support the company’s growth objectives. • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product business analysts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience, working in insurance industry preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role in the property & casualty insurance industry
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Working knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
