Job Description
Job Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong industry relations with large and small businesses with significant presence in the assigned markets.
- Team with Business Area leadership to provide counsel and recommendations for the bid/no bid gate reviews and collaborate with the Product Line Director & Capture Team Leads for smooth turnover to proposal development.
- Conduct competitive analysis focused on differentiating CAS value propositions.
- Develop effective win strategies which include identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
- Develop a pipeline of funding opportunities for Sustainability and Technology development inclusive of all Govt, Private and Public funds. Identify key criteria for winning the funding and execute on those opportunities
- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 12+ years of experience working in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationships
- Strong understanding of customer's market - Commercial, Rotorcraft, Electrification and Defense markets
- Detailed understanding of Commercial Aviation market and OEMs
- Established customer relatinships and contacts
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience presenting at executive level
- Demonstrate success influencing, shaping and growing a business area pipeline.
- Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term business strategies relating to the development of new services, technologies, and follow-on products.
- Able to frequently travel to Endicott, NY
