Job Description
• Lead business development/acquisition activities to drive sales within assigned territory.
• Develop business plans and territory-specific tactics to achieve sales plans.
• Build and maintain deep relationships at each account with orthodontists and their teams.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and manage customer relationships.
• Monitor product performance and discover customer needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred majors: Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- 3-5 years of related industry experience or B2B outside sales experience.
- Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills.
- Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, and business and territory planning.
- Proven effective verbal, computer, written and presentation/communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability of critical and agile thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (SF.com or Dynamics).
