Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs and projects
- Minimum of 5+ years in supply chain (nice to haves)
- PMP Certification (nice to haves)
- Technical mastery in project management
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence
- Possess business and financial acumen
- Experience in the food industry (nice to haves)
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain (Make, Plan, Source, Deliver, Return)
- Experience managing large and complex cross-functional teams
