• Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions
• Serve as a solution engineer for large initiatives
• Own and enforce Salesforce development standards
• Deliver hands-on development using Apex and LWC
• Partner with architects to define technical strategies
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 3+ years operating at a senior or lead technical level
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
- Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices
