Job Description
• Supporting the loading of new and revised Medicaid participating provider data transactions into Aetna/CVS source systems
• Analyzing large data sets in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis
- Strong SQL skills (writing, modifying, and interpreting queries)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, formulas, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and OneNote
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to propose new ideas and solutions
