Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies to win new contracts, generate leads, and exceed revenue targets • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at healthcare organizations • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities in the locum tenens space • Present tailored solutions to address physician labor challenges, highlighting the company's unique value proposition • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of business development representatives (if applicable) • Work with recruiting, compliance, and credentialing teams for seamless service delivery • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Job Requirements

  • Proven success in healthcare staffing sales (5+ years often required)
  • Experience leading sales teams (2+ years)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a drive to win
  • Deep understanding of the locum tenens market and healthcare industry
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and internal stakeholders
