• Serve as the primary point of contact for 30–50+ active client accounts • Manage day-to-day communication via email, phone, Slack, and messaging tools • Build trust and maintain strong, professional client relationships • Coordinate internally with delivery, marketing, and operations teams • Track client needs, requests, and timelines to ensure smooth execution • Lead client calls, check-ins, and ongoing support conversations • Identify opportunities to expand or upsell accounts when appropriate • Proactively resolve issues and prevent churn • Maintain detailed documentation and updates in internal systems
