Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including: SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and order forms, NDAs, vendor and partner agreements • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and best practices • Partner closely with Sales to support revenue growth while maintaining risk discipline • Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, payment terms, and financial risk considerations • Support enterprise risk management initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced degree (e.g., JD) or relevant certifications (e.g., CPCM, CIPP, CRCM) preferred
5–7 years of relevant experience in contract management, legal operations, or risk/compliance roles
Experience in a technology or SaaS environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated progression in responsibility and ownership of complex agreements
