Job Description
• Architecting, implementing and scaling the company's core people systems and processes.
• Build and maintain SOPs for core HR processes.
• Create manager toolkits and enablement resources.
• Establish offboarding and exit insights process.
• Lead benefits administration and annual enrollment strategy, including vendor selection.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in progressive HR/People Operations roles.
- Ability to motivate, lead and develop more junior team members.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance.
- Experience operating in professional services, multi-state, growth stage environment.
- Experience owning HRIS systems and optimizing workflows(Paylocity preferred).
