• Oversee the successful orchestration and delivery of a complex portfolio of Grid Automation projects • Coordinate with Project Managers in charge of the execution of each individual project • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
