Job Description

• Support high-impact initiatives to scale Circle’s global payments infrastructure • Analyze transaction-level data to identify payment corridor trends and OFI/BFI network performance insights • Build executive-ready dashboards, memos, and presentations to communicate recurring analysis and key findings • Document and evaluate existing OFI–BFI onboarding and pairing workflows to assess efficiency and scalability • Identify and propose improvements to operational processes, data capture frameworks, and reporting standards • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and external stakeholders to validate data and inform network strategy

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills with experience working with structured datasets
Ability to synthesize findings into clear, concise, executive-ready communications
Effective collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated interest in financial systems, fintech, or payments infrastructure
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
Current undergraduate or master’s student in economics, finance, data science, business, or a related field
