Job Description

About Us Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand. We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 200 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot. Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come! Check out our Careers page for more about working at Circle. Application Deadline: March 6, 2026. Interviews will be held March 9 - Mar 20, 2026. About the role We're looking for 2 Strategic Finance Interns to join our team for Summer 2026. This is a 12-week, full-time internship program (approximately May 15 - August 15) designed to give you hands-on experience in Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS company. This isn't an internship where you shadow or observe. You'll be treated like a full-time analyst from day one — staffed on real projects with real deliverables, working across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and more. The dashboards you build will inform real decisions, the models you create will shape forecasts, and the analysis you deliver will land in front of leadership. Circle is fully remote, but you won't be on your own. You'll talk with your manager daily, collaborate with other analysts on high-impact work, and join stakeholder meetings where your analysis is on the table. We default to async, but we stay connected where it counts. If you're looking to break into tech and want to see the direct impact of your work, this is the opportunity. Top performers will have the opportunity to return as full-time Strategic Finance Analysts after graduation in 2027, joining the team with a running start. What you’ll be doing Support Monthly Business Reviews, variance analysis, and ad-hoc strategic projects Build dashboards and reports that inform decisions across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product Build financial models and forecasts using Excel/Google Sheets Write SQL queries to analyze data and support reporting Learn SaaS metrics frameworks (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, pipeline metrics) and apply them to real analysis Partner with coverage analysts and join stakeholder meetings to learn how the business operates What you’ll need to be successful Strong alignment with our values. Find our values on our career page if you haven’t read up on them yet. You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5. Rising senior graduating in 2027 (Bachelor's degree) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Coachable, detail-oriented, accountable, and a self-starter. Insatiable curiosity with a drive to understand how businesses work from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective. Excel/Google Sheets proficiency — comfortable building models, working with formulas, and organizing data cleanly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Hex, etc.) Familiarity with SaaS business models Previous internship experience in finance, consulting, or analytics Coursework or projects involving financial modeling or business analysis Program details Compensation: $26/hour Location: Fully remote (must be in AMER time zones) Duration: 12 weeks (flexible start/end dates, approximately May 15 - August 15, 2026) Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Return opportunity: Top performers will be offered full-time Strategic Finance Analyst positions starting in 2027 after graduation Applicants must be legally authorized to complete the internship in their country of residence without sponsorship. Circle does not provide any form of sponsorship, visa or immigration assistance for this internship. Interview process Application Deadline: March 6, 2026. Interviews will be held March 9 - Mar 20, 2026. Step 1: Recruiter screen (30 mins) Step 2: Hiring manager interview (45 mins) Step 3: Values/culture interview (30 mins) The fun stuff Fully remote: work from anywhere in the world! Autonomy and trust to do your job: we care about outcomes over everything else. Paid time away: all employees are given 35 days of PTO annually. We also offer a paid sabbatical after 5 years. Generous U.S. benchmarked compensation and startup equity no matter where you are in the world.* Awesome medical coverage with 100% coverage for you and your family, or medical reimbursement options where applicable!* Parental leave for parents expanding their family, or just starting one. Home office stipend to help you get up and running. Learning & development stipend to help you level up your professional skills. Annual bonus potential for roles that don't already receive variable income or commission. Company retreats: Twice a year, the Circle team gets together for a fully paid company retreat in incredible places around the world! We’ve had past retreats in Colombia, Portugal, and Mexico, with more planned on the horizon. Check out our Careers page for more. * Your role, location and unique circumstance may affect this. Candidate Safety & Interview Process Notice At Circle, the safety and trust of our candidates is extremely important to us. To help protect you, here’s what you can expect from our hiring process: How Our Process Works All applications are submitted through our official applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). If selected to move forward, you may be invited to record a short introductory video, or directly into a live interview. All live interviews are conducted face-to-face over video (Zoom or Google Meet) with a member of the Circle team. We do not conduct text-only interviews. We do not conduct interviews via chat apps or messaging platforms. We do not use AI bots to interview candidates. Official Communication Channels All official communication from Circle will come from no-reply@circle.co, or an email address ending in @circle.co or @circle.so. We will never contact you from unofficial domains (such as “.team”, “.careers”, or similar variations). We will never request sensitive personal information early in the process, or ask for payment of any kind. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Circle, please do not respond. We appreciate your vigilance, and look forward to connecting with you through our official channels. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion As a fully-remote international company, diversity is baked into our DNA. Here’s how our CEO, Sid Yadav, frames our hiring mission: “let’s find talent in underserved and under-represented corners of the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, change their life.” To achieve this hiring mission, we offer competitive U.S. benchmarked compensation no matter where someone’s located in the world, and we proactively seek candidates who expand representation of backgrounds, cultures and lived experiences in our teams. Healthcare Advocate (CX)

Granted

Granted is the consumer-first, AI-native product that fights medical bills and helps people navigate health benefits. The U.S. healthcare system is confusing by design. Insurance coverage is opaque, benefits are hard to understand, and medical bills are often wrong. Nearly 40% of bills contain errors or are incorrectly denied, yet most people don’t have the time, expertise, or energy to challenge them or even know where to start. Insurers and providers rely on that confusion. Granted exists to change the balance of power. We use AI to turn healthcare advocacy into a product that works continuously in the background. By connecting directly to a user’s healthcare data, we help people understand their benefits, choose the right care, and fight incorrect bills and claim denials when they occur. Instead of endless phone calls and handoffs, users get clear guidance, fast answers, and an advocate that actually takes action. We go direct to consumers with an affordable product and a free tier accessible to anyone. Granted works for you, not your employer, insurance company, or healthcare providers. We support individuals and families across their entire healthcare journey, no matter their insurer, job changes, or life stage. We’re currently in stealth with strong early user satisfaction and are focused on scaling responsibly. Our goal is simple: help people save time and money, reduce stress, and feel confident navigating a system that too often works against them.
