• The instructional designer must be able to demo all aspects of Labflow and Spark • Understand specific customer needs • Highlight how those needs are best addressed within the platform • Create prototypes and mockups to demonstrate how the product will be able to address specific needs • Document all aspects of the adoption and ensure tasks are completed before the start of the semester • Ensure course materials are accurate and collected from the instructor • Conduct a review of Initial Course with the instructor • Create a course delivery timeline • Coordinate the scheduled events and maintain the Course Adoption Playbook
