Job Description
• Own analytics for the BD pipeline (conversion, cycle time, aging, win/loss).
• Translate analysis into prioritized operational changes tied to EBITDA impact.
• Ensure data integrity and metric consistency across CRM and related systems.
• Reduce manual effort and dependency on ad hoc reporting.
• Cross-Collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Senior analyst with strong revenue funnel experience (5+ yr experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, Excel, data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), SQL and/or Dax.
- Comfortable operating inside systems and processes, not just reporting on them.
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and auditability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
