Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Three (3) or more years of progressive professional experience in corporate finance
- Experience presenting analysis and insights using excellent oral communication and written business narratives
- Ability to pursue information independently to self-educate and develop solutions
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and multitask on multiple projects and priorities
- Self-starter who anticipates the needs of management
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills (macros, complex formulas, etc.)
- Skilled in Financial Analysis, building financial models.
- Experience with NetSuite Financials and reports
- Should be Tech Savvy.

Configure employer leave and short-term disability plans in the vendor platform, lead client and broker working sessions, gather and translate plan requirements into system configurations, execute testing and validation, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and the vendor to ensure accurate, timely implementations and continuous process improvement.
