Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in related technical field
- 4+ years’ experience (or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree and experience) in training development
- US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
- Ability to operate within an Agile Development Life Cycle framework
- Well versed in ADDIE instructional design model
- Proficiency with Microsoft office, Camtasia, and other proprietary tools for concurrent training development
- Strong working knowledge of software development and testing processes
- Knowledge of fundamental constructs such as learning theory/instructional systems development is considered essential at the start
- Experience working with Adobe Dreamweaver
- Experience working with GIT and Bitbucket.
