• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of data governance standards, policies, and operating procedures. • Assist in defining and maintaining the CRUD access model in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Maintain data dictionaries, RACI models, and approved data definitions. • Operate and monitor data quality and data governance tools and dashboards. • Identify data anomalies, duplicates, invalid values, and policy deviations. • Track data quality trends and recurring issues across domains. • Document issues and escalate findings to appropriate business data owners and stewards for remediation. • Maintain and publish field-level data lineage. • Conduct impact analysis by identifying downstream systems, reports, and processes affected by proposed data changes. • Collaborate with data and domain stewards across multiple departments. • Facilitate recurring domain-level data governance sessions with stakeholders. • Design and deliver training sessions on data governance and best practices. • Communicate governance updates to impacted stakeholders. • Assist in data classification efforts (PII, sensitive, financial) as defined by governance policies. • Support documentation of data retention and archival requirements in coordination with the legal team and business stakeholders.
