• Fully manage the following social channels end-to-end: Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit • Manage the existing, experienced team responsible for comment and direct message moderation, using their work to identify key insights • Create overall social strategy • Publish and schedule content • Write hooks and captions that drive engagement • Identify proven and repeatable content frameworks • Establish an organized A/B testing cadence • Assist with creator or influencer collaborations • Upload content using best practices • Manage engagement across platforms • Coordinate with the team to source ideas • Maintain a content calendar and consistent posting cadence • Identify growth opportunities on new platforms, events, and co-branded posts • Maintain regular reporting showing key metrics and growth analytics
