Job Description
• Make high volume outbound calls daily throughout a full eight hour shift
• Verify and confirm contact information for approximately 200 companies per week
• Update and maintain accurate records inside internal systems and CRM platforms
• Follow structured scripts and verification workflows
• Ensure all contact data is validated before cases move to the Engagement team
• Maintain speed accuracy and consistency in repetitive task execution
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in call center appointment setting outbound sales or similar high volume phone roles
- Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on outbound calls
- Strong phone presence with clear professional communication
- Detail oriented and process driven mindset
- Reliable consistent and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
