• Lead carrier integration execution for assigned acquisitions and offices as the primary point of contact. • Partner with acquired offices to plan and execute carrier appointment migrations and operational transitions. • Provide pre‑integration guidance to acquired offices to ensure readiness for carrier changes. • Coordinate with carrier partners to migrate existing appointments into new carrier structures. • Manage carrier‑related timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness milestones across multiple offices. • Offer direction and support to junior coordinators or project resources as needed. • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve carrier‑related risks impacting revenue or operations. • Prepare executive‑ready status updates, risk summaries, and recommendations while contributing to continuous improvement of integration playbooks and processes.
