Job Description

• Lead complex programs from initiation through delivery • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to execute change and scale • Manage forums for check-ins with product teams, partners, executive leadership, and strategic partners • Scale the organization for measurability, ongoing sustainability, and growth • Create a collaborative environment for autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning • Manage work with multiple delivery teams to define roadmaps and program interdependencies

Job Requirements

BA/BS required; MS or MBA a plus
8+ years of strong program management experience
Experience as a Product Manager and roles in engineering
High competency with multiple software programs, including SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheet and Wrike
Ability to work well in a cross-regional/cultural, matrixed management environment
