Job Description
• Own CRM hygiene and data integrity
• Manage inbound lead routing and SLAs
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting
• Track pipeline health, funnel metrics, and conversion rates
• Support forecasting and revenue visibility
• Improve workflows across marketing, sales, and partnerships
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest optimizations
• Support outbound list building and sequencing tools
• Assist with tooling evaluation and automation setup
• Analyze usage, pipeline, and conversion data
• Support pricing and packaging analysis
• Provide insights that inform strategic decision-making
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, or B2B SaaS roles
- Strong comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and building reports
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Clear communicator across cross-functional teams
