Job Description

• Timely and accurate completion of payroll processing • Accounts payable entry and payment of invoices • Communication with vendors. • Cash posting for vendor debits. • Monthly administrative invoicing and cash posting. • Ensure complete and accurate routine reconciliations of cash, credit card liability and other balance sheet accounts as necessary. • Field and resolve inquiries. • Company credit card program. • Be a player in the year-end audit; reconciliations and documentation for use by external auditors. • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Two years’ experience and/or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Must have payroll experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned, while ensuring the accuracy of work and completion within designated deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Exhibit good decision-making skills and be a strong contributor to the accomplishment of goals and priorities.
Be open to change to improve processes, strengthen controls and gain efficiencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of healthcare and revenue cycle management is a plus.
Knowledge of OBGYN especially a plus.
Proficient in Excel
Experience with NetSuite is preferred
