Job Requirements
- A mid-career software engineer, with strong backend skills, looking to advance over time to team leadership
- Able to independently identify and solve complex problems, recognizing when to seek assistance to maintain progress and efficiency
- Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excited by ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and the opportunity to help shape the direction of a growing company
- Experience in a typed language (we use C#/.NET but are open to analogous experience)
- Nice to Have: Experience with mobile dev, either Swift/Kotlin or React Native
- Nice to Have: Experience in healthcare or other privacy-centric verticals
- Nice to Have: Exposure to relational databases, .NET, and event-driven architecture
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for maintainability and security
