- Ability to produce polished, professional-quality decks independently (with freelance design support available for advanced creative needs).
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities with speed and precision.
- Experience building scalable systems, templates, or processes that improve efficiency and consistency.
- Growth mindset, with a desire to own, shape, and expand a critical function at a scaling company.
