• Design and optimize workflows for content creation, page building, QA, and publishing • Create clear, repeatable processes that help authors and designers produce high-quality work efficiently • Manage the backlog for template updates, component enhancements, and marketing feature requests • Translate team needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering • Ensure all content meets design system standards, governance rules, and accessibility requirements • Coordinate across Creative, UX, Content, SEO, technology and Governance teams to keep projects on track • Provide tactical support to maintain program momentum, reduce friction, and enable the DXP implementation and management to stay strategically focused • Partner with the Migration Lead to ensure systems are configured and ready for each partner launch • Lead onboarding and training for content authors and partner marketing teams • Establish and enforce publishing standards and quality controls
