• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, developers, and users to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences for applications and metric solutions. • Conduct and analyze user research to document user goals, decisions, information needs, tasks, and workflows. • Plan and execute user and stakeholder interviews. • Creation of personas and Jobs to Be Done (JTBDs). • Usability evaluations and assessments. • Storyboards, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes. • Design and prototype solutions with a focus on modular, reusable components. • Develop design artifacts for communication, specification, and testing purposes. • Write Agile development user stories to guide implementation. • Present and communicate design work effectively to stakeholders and team members. • Support the broader UX team in implementing best practices and accessibility standards. • Promote user-centered design and design thinking methodologies across projects.
