Job Description

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans for contract deliverables and digitization initiatives. • Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure quality, productivity, and client satisfaction. • Manage vendor deliverables and follow Quality Management System standard practices to ensure compliance. • Conduct project meetings, track performance metrics, and generate regular status reports. • Drive business process optimization, including the creation of SOPs, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives. • Leverage project management and reporting tools such as JIRA, Tableau, and Excel to enable data-informed decision-making. • Define project requirements, oversee design, implementation, and testing, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Assist in change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, workflows, and digitization initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
  • Proven experience in SAFe Agile project management and cross-functional project delivery within Federal or large-scale programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
  • Experience managing integrated projects that involve multidisciplinary and matrixed teams.
  • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and adherence to budgets.
  • Hands-on experience executing consistent change management processes.
  • Lean Six Sigma process improvement knowledge.
  • Effective resource planning and allocation experience.
  • Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project issues and implement resolutions.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor deliverables.
  • Knowledge of quality management processes and experience ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
