• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Prepare and review timely GAAP-compliant financial statements • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards • Deliver management reporting and support board materials • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger • Improve and automate accounting processes for scalability • Maintain strong accounting policies and documentation • Lead annual financial statement audits • Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors • Design and maintain effective internal controls • Oversee federal, state, and local tax compliance • Manage cash flow forecasting and Treasury • Oversee banking relationships • Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making • Hire, manage, and develop accounting team members • Build scalable accounting infrastructure • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
