Job Description
• Drive Customer Satisfaction
• Advocate for the customer by leading service calls and installations
• Resolve high-pressure customer issues
• Create a culture of ownership and accountability
• Develop a robust continuous improvement and accountability culture
• Ensure all processes are documented and improved
• Act as a primary customer of the Danaher Business System
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years’ experience in field service
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer facing roles
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Troubleshooting and repair on medical laboratory instruments (preferred)
