Job Description

• Lead client relationships and multidisciplinary teams to deliver breakthrough insights and strategic impact • Coach teams, grow accounts, and model the best of what C Space offers clients • Build strong relationships and be a trusted advisor • Lead market research and related customer experience projects end-to-end • Conduct in-depth research and write/review persuasive reports and deliverables

Job Requirements

Strong experience in market research (qualitative and quantitative)
Experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
Familiarity with qualitative methodologies and survey writing; experience with Qualtrics is desirable
Proven leadership in client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
