• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, reseller and partner agreements, and NDAs, ensuring contracts align with business goals and protect the company's interests. • Partner closely with product, sales, finance, HR, business development, and engineering to provide practical legal guidance that supports business execution. • Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyright protections. • Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, fallback language, and standard legal processes. • Advise on legal considerations related to product development, feature launches, AI usage, data practices, and privacy-by-design. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data security, consumer protection requirements, and employment laws. • Advise on employment policies, equity programs, and workplace compliance. • Identify, assess, and help mitigate legal and business risk across the organization. • Support corporate governance activities, including board materials, corporate filings, entity management, shareholder relations and internal approvals. • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside counsel and manage matters within defined budgets. • Support improvements to legal operations, including contract workflows and document management. • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal best practices.
