• Assist the Accounting Manager with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow monitoring and reconciliations of both fiat and digital assets • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of accounting systems, processes, and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency • Collaborate with external auditors and advisors; assist with audit preparation and ongoing audit support • Help develop, monitor, and report on the company’s operating budget • Provide financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external reporting requirements • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes
