Job Description
• Perform all tasks associated with jury related litigation consulting including mock trials/focus group moderation, online jury research, community attitude surveys, witness prep, voir dire, and demographic profiling
• Work collaboratively with research team and clients
• Take ownership of projects from intake to delivery
• Make strategic recommendations to clients based on research
• Conduct juror social media/public records research and trial monitoring
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree (Ph.D. and/or Master’s) in psychology or related field (i.e., neuroscience, communication, etc.) and/or J.D. is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience for senior-level consultant position
- Understanding of civil legal process, procedures, and terminology
- Client development skills are helpful
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with analytical software (such as SPSS)
- General understanding of presentation technology
