• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions in order to remove technical and business-related obstacles during the sales process. • Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including demonstrations, Proof-of-Concepts, RFPs, design documentation, technical presentations, and enablement sessions. • Design compelling product demonstrations and presentations, leveraging your deep understanding of Transcend’s products and industry to showcase the technical features and value. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer needs and feedback. • Stay informed on customer data compliance requirements, AI infrastructure considerations, and industry trends to bring a knowledgeable perspective to every conversation. • Contribute to Transcend’s broader success through knowledge sharing, thorough documentation, and teamwork.
