Job Description

• Develop, review, and provide guidance on comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing • Validate Salesforce-based applications and integrations to ensure system integrity and reliability • Identify, document, track, and report software defects using enterprise issue-tracking tools • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve defects and maintain product quality • Clearly communicate test results, risks, and defects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in design and requirements reviews to proactively identify quality risks • Ensure testing practices align with federal standards, healthcare regulations, and security requirements • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies • Stay current with industry best practices in Salesforce testing and software quality assurance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or application testing
  • Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking processes
  • Experience testing Salesforce applications or other enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to federal or healthcare systems (e.g., HIPAA, federal IT security)
  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, Xray, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to design thoughtful test scenarios that uncover edge cases and hidden defects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving Agile environments
  • Professional, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across technical and business teams
