Job Description
• Join our core engineering team, responsible for backend development of AI Agent products
• Help build our open-source community and ecosystem around the models and products
• Work with top researchers, optimizing model evaluation frameworks from the engineering side
• Build data flywheels, and improving model performance
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience
- good English reading / writing skills
- Solid foundation in CS, networking, and databases
- Familiar with Python backend & SDK development; frontend experience is a plus
- Highly self-driven, with ownership mindset—aiming not just to complete tasks, but to do them well
- Sensitive to product and customer (developer) needs
