Job Description
• Play a central role in shaping how /prompt shows up in the marketplace.
• Lead the development of compelling capabilities presentations and case studies.
• Manage RFI and RFP processes end-to-end, ensuring deliverables are sharp and aligned with strategy.
• Partner with agency leadership to craft pitch narratives that connect strategy, creativity, and results.
• Serve as a trusted first impression for new clients.
• Champion a consistent, high-quality pitch process by standardizing templates and codifying case studies.
• Directly manage or mentor at least one junior member of the Growth team.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields, with at least 7 years in a senior new business or growth role.
- Significant experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment, with direct responsibility for business development.
- Depth of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
- Demonstrated success leading RFIs, RFPs, and pitch processes at an agency.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint — not to design, but to shape narratives, critique design quality, and ensure storytelling flows seamlessly.
- Fluency in pharma/biotech brand lifecycles and core stakeholders, especially patient/caregiver and HCP audiences.
- Proven project management expertise with ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under tight deadlines.
- Comfort working directly with executive leadership and guiding cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio of work (presentations, case studies, proposals) that demonstrates both strategic thinking and creative flair.
