• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable • Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, etc.) • Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes • Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) • Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance • Support payroll processing and expense tracking • Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close
