Job Description

• Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions • Develop, maintain, and foster customer relationships as required for assigned accounts and segments • Coordinate customer visits and activities, make presentations, demonstrate products, technologies, and test methodologies, and provide post-sale customer support • Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting • Record and maintain all customer meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities per the OMICRON Sales process incorporating the CRM (customer relationship management) system • Communicate routinely with OMICRON Sales managers and stakeholders, share customer and market data, and report status at team meetings • Coordinate promotional activities, and participation at conferences, user meetings, seminars, and local exhibits • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Area Sales Manager – USA, Central East Territory.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in power systems, especially in the field of power system protection or high voltage apparatus. NETA Level IV is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in selling testing equipment, instrumentation, or apparatus for the electric power industry
  • Participation in international, national, regional, and local conferences, exhibits, or seminars.
