Job Description

• Provide proactive Employee Relations Leadership to North America field locations • Identify, develop, and implement tools and resources for a positive employee experience • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws • Conduct complex investigations and ensure compliance with EEOC and DOL policies • Champion company initiatives and foster partnership between business and Employee/Labor Relations team

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of HR and/or Employee Relations experience
  • Broad knowledge of internal HR programs and services
  • Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws
  • Proven skills in Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • PHR/SPHR or other HR certification preferred
  • Minimum 4-Yr College Degree
