• Corresponding with clients and helping with their trademark questions • Managing client files • Checking for conflicts in trademark matters • Conducting trademark clearance searches • Responding to customer service inquiries by phone and in writing • Preparing invoices and managing billing for clients and lawyers in partnership with the finance department • Evaluating processes and procedures to improve the group’s efficiency, productivity, and communication • Other responsibilities as needed to support Rocket Lawyer
