• Act as the CEO’s right hand, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations • Lead business development efforts, including identifying and building strategic partnerships • Research new opportunities, assist in due diligence, and support partner negotiations • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage ongoing partnerships • Track and analyze performance metrics related to partnerships and sales • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, communications, and day-to-day logistics • Draft professional correspondence and take detailed notes during meetings • Provide administrative and personal support, including errands and task management • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and speaking engagements • Prepare and maintain project documents like timelines, presentations, and reports • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives • Improve and streamline processes related to partner and event coordination • Handle follow-ups and logistics for meetings, events, and partner engagements • Create and share materials such as event briefings, schedules, and wrap-up reports • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
