Job Description
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Property/Casualty license (required).
- Prior insurance experience.
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
- Must reside in Pacific Standard Time (California, Washington, Oregon or Nevada)
