Job Description

• Handle inbound calls/emails from customers • Educate and inform callers about debt and credit reporting • Offer solutions and handle cases with care • Maintain good public relations • Adhere to Company attendance and punctuality requirements • Maintain concentration to meet performance goals • Demonstrate ability to handle pressure while meeting deadlines • Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Superb attendance
Possess computer/technology savvy
Call Center or Collections experience preferred
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience required
Excellent communication, both written and oral
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
