• Oversee and execute daily, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations for 20+ US and international bank accounts in multiple currencies. • Manage the company's daily cash position and populate cash forecast 3 months ahead. • Process all electronic funds transfers, wire payments, and ACH transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls. • Maintain relationships and act as a primary point of contact with domestic and international banking partners. • Record all treasury-related transactions, including foreign exchange transactions, bank fees, and interest income/expense. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing detailed analysis of cash and treasury activities. • Implement and monitor strong internal controls over cash and banking processes to safeguard company assets. • Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations for treasury-related accounts. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for the bank reconciliation and cash management functions.
