Job Description
• Own revenue analytics and reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data insights.
• Build and maintain critical dashboards that track key revenue metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities in our counterparty lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy across our revenue tech stack.
• Perform cohort analyses and forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual work.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on distribution productivity, pipeline health, and onboarding efficiency.
• Support strategy development and measurement.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and bookings reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, revenue operations, or business intelligence roles, preferably with experience within the insurance industry
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills, along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations is crucial, as is Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Most critically, we are looking for an intellectually curious teammate who will drive hypotheses through to conclusion.
